
Introduction: Sharadu Partishthan Charitable Trust (SFCT) is desirous of setting up a multi-specialty tertiary care hospital & Medical College in Umrpii (Maharashtraj by the name of Smt. Sturada Knarat (SK) Charitable Hospital & Research Centre.
The hospital would bridge the gap in accessibility to tertiary healthcare services in Umroli Village and nearby areas like Palghar, Boisar, Dahanu. Manor, Vasai Virar, Safale, Kelwa etc. The hospital would be equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and clinical facilities to provide best in class treatment to all.
Location: The hospital would be located on a 75 acres land allotted for the purpose by Maharashtra Government.
Founded: Sharada Partishthan Charitable Trust (SPCT) was founded on 3rd November 2007 by Late Mrs. Sharada Kharat and Dr. Vijay Kharat. To extend helping hand towards the weak sections of society is the major objective and mission of Sharada Pratishthan.
The small plant of Sharada Pratishthan activities which was initiated to support the deprived people has now grown up like a huge tree. Dr. Sachin Kharat is doing the noble work of uplifting the backward sector people boosting their confidence by offering not only emotional support but also by supporting them financially. The work done till date by Dr. Sachin Kharat and family at personal leave and via Sharada Pratishthan is remarkable. This is a journey of a thinking process… an ideulugy… a working pattern with focus on work without using the publicity tactics.

Sint.Sharada Kharat Charitable Hospital & Research Centre (Smt. SKCH & AMC with RC) was established with a “dream of making quality healthcare available to the masses worldwide”.
Dr. Vijay Tulsiram Kharat received inspiration to dedicate his life towards welfare of masses from his mother, Smt. Sharada Kharat.
Smt. Sharada Kharat had dedicated herself towards emancipation of the ignored sectors. Irrespective of religion, caste and creed, Smt. Kharat used to offer helping hand to all poor, needy people in educational, economical, health aspects. Her constant self-less, dedicated efforts to contribute for social cause round the clock, motivated Dr. Vijay Kharat and he named the trust after Smt.
Sharada Kharat’s name as ‘Sharada Pratishthan charitable trust.
Shareda Pratishthan Charitable Trust does not believe in Casteism or Community oriented social work. Helping the needy irrespective of the caste, creed, community he belongs to is our motto.
With the motivation to pursue the society, Dr. Vijay Kharat established the “Sharada Pratishthan in the name of his mother. Dr. Vijay Kharat was bestowed with the self-dedication quality hereditary, and this tradition of social work has been very well carried forward by his next generation.
